SUPA time in Yorke and Port Pirie

SUPA time in Yorke and Port Pirie

During the April school holidays, SU ran two SUPA events for children in regional South Australia: SUPA Sports on Yorke Peninsula and the SUPA Party in Port Pirie. Both went extremely well!

The Pirie event was led by an Adelaide team of young adults working with local church volunteers. The program ran for three days plus the team did Sunday church visits and engaged with other church events while there.

On Yorkes, a local team ran a two day outreach to kids and families called SUPA Sports which had excellent numbers. Across both events, kids heard the good news of Jesus, with many taking gospel materials home.

Local SU Ministry Catalyst Dianne ( Dee ) Kenyon, is working with churches in both locations to run more outreach events more often. Please keep her in your prayers.

SUPA events are a great way your church can reach out to kids and families in your community. Email us at info@su.org.au for more information!
