Northern Leadership Weekend (Christy Marhin)

Northern Leadership Weekend (Christy Marhin)

Fueling passion and enhancing capabilities

The Northern Leadership Weekend was once again a hub of inspiration and preparation, this year attracting over 50 participants who shared in the joy and learning. The stunning landscapes of far north Queensland provided a breathtaking backdrop to such a special gathering.

The event welcomed a mix of seasoned and budding leaders, offering everyone a chance to refine their skills in a supportive environment. Although the weekend primarily focused on camp-specific training, the sessions were carefully crafted to have broader applications across various ministry contexts. Participants enjoyed a rich program filled with hands-on training, engaging elective workshops, and networking opportunities, all designed to equip them for mission.

The dynamic nature of this weekend served as a powerful launching pad for the diverse ministry opportunities across far north QLD in 2024. The shared experiences and lessons from this event promise to resonate with attendees, fueling their passion and enhancing their capabilities in their respective fields.

Praise God for orchestrating such a fruitful gathering that not only strengthens individual leaders but also fortifies the collective mission to serve communities in far north Queensland.
