Role Requirements
We are seeking a Catering Manager to join our team at our beautiful Camp Coolamatong campsite. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of high-quality meals to campers, with groups ranging up to 120 people. You will have suitable catering qualifications (or willingness to acquire them) to comply with food service regulations. You will be experienced in delivering food services for large groups. This is a permanent part-time role (3 days per week).
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a catering manager of a campsite or similar facility
- Experience in catering for large groups up to 120 people
- Suitable catering qualifications (or willingness to acquire them)
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for ministry and camping programs
