Jurien Bay Beach Mission program will run from the 5th – 10th January 2025.
Jurien Bay Beach Mission runs every January on the beaches and public open spaces of Jurien Bay, WA. Leaders and volunteers are accommodated together, while participants from the town only join for scheduled activities. The program runs over six days, with dedicated streams for pre-schoolers, primary-aged children and teenagers. Team games, craft, drama, play-based learning and plenty of action provide a backdrop for Christian teaching and discussion. This is complemented by a number of community activities suitable for the whole family: an open-air concert, a fishing competition, a giant waterslide and a themed mini-carnival. JBBM has been running for almost fifty years and enjoys a very strong reputation in the community and enthusiastic support from local government. It’s a great mission for volunteers to learn about Christian mission and living together in community.
