Great Family Fun!
‘Family Campout’ is a camp designed to create an atmosphere where young families, big or small, can gather together to support each other in their current season and to encourage one another to keep Jesus the focus in our beautiful chaos.
We fully realise, that having a young family is beautiful and chaotic all at once. We like to refer to it as the ‘beautiful chaos. Someone once told us that the ‘days are long but the years are fast’ & we couldn’t agree more.
If you have a young family,(from 0 -12 years old ) a love for the outdoors, and a sense of adventure then Family Campout could be just for you!
We will be camping on the banks of the beautiful Hawkesbury river, near Wisemans Ferry (there will be on-site toilets & HOT showers) having family fun activities including campfires at night. Not only will you meet other families at a similar age/stage but also have the opportunities to share the joys and challenges of being a parent, & where to find inspiration & hope.
During the camp, we’ll have some family conversations about stuff that matters – meet around the old book of wisdom (The Bible).
Cost includes food, main meals (not snacks), site fees & activities.
If you don’t have a tent, don’t worry, we have some spares thanks to our friends at Oz tent.
