Inviting you and your child/children ( 2 max per adult) to an evening of Craft & Games
Thursday 4th September 5.45 pm arrival – 8:15 pm event end
The cost is $20 per person.
(Cost is kept to a minimum, but more expenses with the activity this year.)
To make this event run smoothly on the night, 20 parent helpers are needed.
Helpers will be helping serve food, manage an activity station, and possibly help with prize distribution at the end of the evening, and a very small pack-up job. ( depends a bit on the station you are at)
This is a crucial role for making the evening run smoothly and efficiently. It is a brilliant opportunity to connect with other families in the school. The Key requirements are enthusiasm, attention to safety, maintaining a sense of joy in the midst of business, and a heart to help, connect with, and support others.
As a bonus, helpers get a free meal, with a $5 family discount. You will also be able to complete early registration prior to all other registration options, securing your spot.
This will be an awesome event with absolutely fantastic activities on the night and some stunning prizes (each child will receive at least one prize – different levels of prizes determined by random draw).
Prizes for the first-place team (VIP movie passes and a trophy) as well as random door prizes. ( Timezone passes, St Lucia Putt Putt family pass, Indoor Rock Climbing) The prize value for the event is in excess of $1600!
I have no doubt it will be fully booked out quickly, as we can only take 220 registrations + our 20 helpers!!
