Come as a family on our first ever ACT Family Camp!
We are heading to a farm a couple of hours from Canberra to spend a few days camping, playing games, doing fun activities and talking about faith.
Each day we will have a 1 to 2 fun activities planned including a tour of Wombeyan Caves, visiting Taralga Wildlife Park (where you might get to hug a wombat!), glow stick games, a nerf battle, minute to win it type activities and more.
There will be free time each day for your family to do as you choose – perhaps a relaxed cricket game with others, playing in the bush, or exploring the local region.
We will have an interactive session each day where we come together to explore how God offers new beginnings to us each day and what that means for your family. No belief is required or expected.
All families welcome, whether you are a single parent family, a couple, have young kids, or have teenage kids, or everyone in between! The only requirement is that you have kids under 18 (unless you want to come as an SU volunteer).
Food and tents provided – you don’t need any camping gear other than sleeping mats and sleeping bags (although we can lend you those if you don’t have them) but you are welcome to bring your own tent/camper if prefer.
